Rate This Service starts with the feedback pages you want to target (like Google, Facebook ro any other). We add these pages to the campaign. Then you decide if you would like to incetivie your campign by protions such as gift cards or special offers. Once you have your landing pages and incentives added, you can add individuals from your sales team. Once a successful sale is made, you add the customer to the rating campaign. Then the system takes over by politely asking the customers if they would like to leave feedback directly and providing them with the appropriate links. It also asks for feedback in general on your own sales team for service development!
